REFUND POLICY

All written materials and consultation services must be paid in full receipt of completed product; completed work will not be released until full payment is made, unless alternative billing arrangements have been made in advance. Resumes may take 3 days to complete: This is a general guideline. Resume Solutions reserves the right to prolong this time period when necessary. Please note: Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (please be certain to verify all dates, spelling of proper names, etc.). There are no refunds for services received from Resume Solutions. Consultations are 50% refundable.

MISREPRESENTATION 

The client hereby agrees that any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the resume or other materials provided to the client by Resume Solutions is not our responsibility and that the client had an opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to deliver and/or reproduction.
